We’re excited to announce that Mary Zoumas has joined the Kard executive team as Chief Revenue Officer. A fintech executive with a proven track record, Mary will lead our growth across the issuer sales, merchant sales, partnerships, and marketing teams at Kard.
Mary will be Kard’s first CRO, reflecting our ambition to double down on growth and democratize consumer loyalty with modern tools for brands and fintechs. Bringing over 20 years of experience from the fintech, payments, and loyalty spaces, Mary will oversee all revenue generating aspects of the business. She will also work closely with Kard’s account management teams to ensure long-term, programmatic success, as the modern rewards network navigates a pivotal point in its growth trajectory.
"Mary brings the full spectrum of experience from loyalty, fintech, and traditional financial institutions, adding invaluable expertise to every aspect of Kard’s complex marketplace," says Ben Mackinnon, CEO of Kard. "As inflation pressures continue to rise, the need for valuable rewards programs are crucial to maintaining customer loyalty. We’re thrilled to have Mary join the team to provide her strategic value across our merchant and issuer networks, and help charter the next phase of Kard’s revenue growth."
Prior to joining Kard, Mary was Head of Growth at Imprint and Global Business Development lead at Klarna, demonstrating strong experience in scaling early stage businesses, driving profitable growth, and negotiating and managing high value partnerships. Previously, Mary spent over a decade at American Express, leading business development and partnerships across the AmEx Membership Rewards program and Co-Branded Credit Card portfolios. She earned an MBA from NYU Stern and completed a Fintech certification from the Harvard Business School Executive Education program.
