Merchant Business Development Representative

The Merchant BDR will be individually responsible for all outbound lead prospecting, generating qualified leads for our Sales Group. Generating leads through a variety of paths (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, social media, search engine research, etc.), this role is extremely critical to the success of Kard. You'll be responsible for:

· Cultivating and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads from leading US retailers

· Brainstorming new creative ideas for lead development, including researching and anticipating potential client needs

· Maintaining a schedule/task tracker and staying extremely organized and goal oriented

· Achieving monthly new qualified lead quotas

You'll have:

· Prior experience not required but strong desire to succeed and interest in Sales is a must

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong creative and problem-solving skills

· Confidence and outgoing people skills (strong communicator, both written and verbal) as well as relationship building skills
