Kard is a rewards infrastructure API that helps any company that issues a payment card build a customized rewards program for its cardholders. Kard works with some of the largest banks in the world as well as leading digital banks, helping their cardholders earn more rewards at thousands of restaurants, retailers, hotels, or D2C brands.

Brands and retailers that want to target our millions of customers work with Kard to increase conversions, bring foot traffic into retail locations, and drive incremental sales. Through our access to 1st-party, realtime, transaction data, Kard can help brands target customers at the right time in a fraud-free environment, ensuring our promotions are being delivered to the customers brands want to reach.

About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be a key individual contributor who drives new business growth for Kard in 2021 and beyond. You’ll get the opportunity to work alongside our VP of Sales who has grown market share for his past ventures over 500% and from this has made successful exits. Together, we’ll be building the engine to drive. As one of the early hires to the sales team, your experience and input will be highly valued. In addition, there is a good amount of growth opportunity after some initial success.

You will be focused on developing and securing qualified new business opportunities with leading retailers in the US and will be the primary lead in developing partnerships that deliver retailers what they want – measurable and incremental sales volume. Of course, with all the resources of the company at your disposal.


  • Closing consumer-facing merchants deals (think companies like 7-11, Wendy’s, Target, Starbucks, and Sephora)
  • Nurturing signed partnerships to maximize the relationship as Kard grows
  • Creatively brainstorming new angles and campaigns for partnerships to increase revenue for both the brand and Kard

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years experience and demonstrable achievement of quota in sales to B2B clients (with experience at leading retailers and/or digital advertising channels considered a plus)
  • Motivated by high earning potential (base salary plus commission) and personal growth
  • Proven track record of success in face to face sales and confidence in presentation and closing skills
  • Has a consultative sales approach with merchant partners, knows how to uncover their business objectives and effectively communicates our value proposition
  • A strategic thinker
  • Accountable to monthly and annual revenue goals
